I hope you all had a good holiday filled with good eats! Now try not to get too crazy with all of your shopping, cooking, parties, knitting/sewing, etc. What always helps me to stay grounded during this hectic time is to go outside for a walk, take deep breaths, soak in the tub and not necessarily in that order.
